Mendocino Farms, the fast casual restaurant known for turning sandwiches, salads and more into an unexpected culinary adventure, is encouraging fans to elevate the everyday and treat themselves to its luxe lineup of limited-time dishes. Starting Tuesday, Sept. 10, guests can indulge in the new Black Tie Turkey Club and Hummus Pita Crunch Salad, along with newly crafted soups and deli sides.
“At Mendo, we’re continuously looking for ways to help our guests escape the ordinary, and with our latest menu additions, we’re serving up dishes that feel luxurious yet approachable” said Mendocino Farms Executive Chef Jeremy Bringardner. “Our Black Tie Turkey Club embodies all the flavors of a traditional club sandwich, but made elegant with our house made truffle-mustard aioli. The sweet & sour pickled red onions balance out the richness of the sandwich, creating that addictive quality our guests have come to expect. In our new Hummus Pita Crunch Salad, we riffed on a traditional Greek salad by topping it with everyone’s favorite Mediterranean snack – hummus and pita chips! The hummus and pita add a bit of fun to the salad, introducing crunchy and creamy textures to interact with. That said, it may be the flavorful, tangy pomegranate ranch that makes this salad special and truly unique to Mendo.”
🥪 Chef’s Latest Creations
Mendocino Farms’ limited-time Black Tie Turkey Club is an upscale take on the timeless club sandwich, featuring roasted turkey, applewood smoked bacon, white cheddar cheese, pickled red onions, arugula and truffle mustard aioli served on a lightly toasted brioche bun. In the testing phase, Chef Bringardner experimented with other meats, including smoked brisket, but ultimately opted for classic roasted turkey for a more healthful balance of ingredients.
Mendo is introducing the Hummus Pita Crunch Salad in response to growing demand for Mediterranean flavors with a twist. Mendocino Farms reimagined the typical Greek salad with a scoop of housemade hummus, addictive pita chips, and a one-of-a-kind dressing – tangy pomegranate ranch. The Mediterranean Diet inspired dish also features fresh crunchy vegetables, romaine lettuce, crumbled feta and marinated kalamata olives, making it a treat that you can feel great about!

New soups and deli sides are also joining the limited-time lineup, including the Greek Lemon Chicken & Farro Soup, a hearty chicken soup with whole-grain farro, carrot, celery, onion, baby spinach, and lemon. Other decadent additions include the Roasted Tomato Basil Soup, Dan Dan Noodle Salad, Pickles & Dill Potato Salad and Basil Pesto Shells.
Later this year, Mendo will also bring back its popular Thanksgiving-inspired “November to Remember” sandwich featuring all the comforting flavors of the holiday season in every bite.
