New dishes celebrating the best flavors of the season launch Jan. 28

Mendocino Farms, the chef-driven fast casual known for its gourmet sandwiches and salads, is kicking off the new year with several new dishes crafted by Executive Chef Jeremy Bringardner. The menu introduces two limited-time Chef’s Specials – the Chicken & Hummus Crunch Wrap and the Winter Citrus & Goat Cheese Salad along with the Baja Green Goddess Salad, which has earned a permanent spot on the menu.

Chef’s inspiration for this menu refresh stemmed from elevating traditional fan-favorite dishes with the season’s freshest flavors. The result brings three new dishes designed to delight taste buds.

🥪 Chef’s Latest Specials

“With this menu launch, we took some of our guests’ favorite dishes and elevated them,” said Jeremy Bringardner, Executive Chef at Mendocino Farms. “From taking a fan-favorite salad and making it a wrap, to turning a much-loved summer salad into a seasonal spectacular and introducing a fresh update to a classic taco salad. I’m so excited for everyone to try what we’ve come up with!”

Chicken & Hummus Crunch Wrap

Enjoy this refined take on the Mediterranean salad that debuted last fall, featuring roasted chicken, hummus, Kumato tomatoes, pita chips, cucumber, jalapeño, mint labneh and garlic spread, all wrapped in a Mejorado tortilla. It’s designed to be as comforting as it is nourishing, conveniently wrapped for members of the herd that are always on the go.

My Mendo members who sign up by Feb. 23 will receive a reward to try the Chicken & Hummus Crunch Wrap for $8. The offer must be redeemed within two weeks.

Winter Citrus & Goat Cheese Salad

This vibrant salad is a reimagined version of the best-selling Sweet Peach and Goat Cheese salad introduced last year, combining marinated goat cheese, oranges and hot citrus honey with honey-roasted almonds, pickled red onions, shaved fennel and mixed greens, topped with Mendo’s signature farmhouse vinaigrette. This winter adaptation reflects Mendo’s dedication to fresh, vibrant flavors and continuous menu innovation.

Baja Green Goddess Salad

Replacing the Impossible Taco Salad, this new dish embodies the spirit of spring with Southwest-inspired ingredients and textures packed with flavor. It can be customized with a choice of chicken adobado or Impossible chorizo, paired with roasted corn, hatch chiles, avocado, jicama, grape tomatoes, red onion, Monterey Jack and a crunchy taco topping. Tossed with a mix of romaine, arugula, cabbage and cilantro, it’s all brought together by the standout Baja Goddess dressing.
