A letter from our chef:
Spring and Summer are here!! Hip Hip MOO-ray!
This time of year gets me excited, as many of my favorite fruits and vegetables come into season. And nothing gets me more excited than getting to share flavors I love with our guests. So without further ado, let’s dive into our exciting new menu additions for the 2024 Spring & Summer season.
To start, the seasonal salad takes advantage of the well-known combination of “peaches & cream,” but in salad form. We’re calling our version the Sweet Peach & Goat Cheese Salad. The flavor of peach shines amidst the creaminess of the goat cheese, and the backdrop of crunchy and leafy textures, all dressed with a vinaigrette that contains both balsamic and sherry vinegars. A fine dining trick that adds a subtle complexity. The salad gets revved up with a light drizzle of a spicy, sweet, hot peach honey.
Sweet Peach & Goat Cheese Salad (Gluten-Free, Contains Nuts)
Shaved, roasted chicken breast, sweet peaches, hot peach honey, marinated goat cheese, honey roasted almonds, pickled red onions, fresh mint, shaved fennel, romaine, kale, mixed greens (540 cal) with farmhouse vinaigrette (210 cal)
Moving on to seasonal sandwich – were bringing back a longtime summer favorite, the Street Corn Chicken Sandwich! Even though ‘street corn’ concepts have become rather mainstream, our R&D team tasted it together recently, and we all had the same reaction. YUM!! We all agreed that this is one of our all-time most delicious and craveable sandwiches, and it must be shared again. So Street Corn Chicken Sandwich fans, rejoice!
Street Corn Chicken Sandwich
Al pastor chicken, street corn, roasted peppers & onions, pickled red onion, tomatoes, shredded romaine, cilantro, jalapeño salsa verde (640 cal) on a toasted sesame roll (300 cal)
For the seasonal soups, we’re welcoming back our Summer Corn Chowder and Chicken Tortilla.
For the seasonal deli sides, our Oaxacan Potato Salad and our Southern Macaroni Salad will be making their return.
We have a new deli item too, called the Couscous Tabbouleh with Mint Labneh, which started as a riff on a traditional tabbouleh, but transformed into something more unique in the R&D process. The couscous and diced veggies are bathed in a dressing that’s creamy from the labneh (a type of thick greek yogurt), yet bright and flavorful from the lemon juice, pomegranate molasses, honey, grilled jalapenos, fresh mint and feta cheese that are all pureed in. It’s big on flavor, crunchy and toothsome textures and feels healthy and refreshing.

Couscous, roasted sweet corn, kumato tomatoes, cucumbers, red pepper, red onions, arugula, dill, jalapeno-mint labneh
I hope you enjoy all the tastes of the upcoming season. We can’t wait for you to EAT HAPPY!
