Glorious sandwiches made from the tastiest Thanksgiving leftovers, tenderly yet sleepily assembled, ideally while still wearing pajamas. Somehow, all those comforting seasonal flavors taste even better the next day when combined into a sandwich, simultaneously exacerbating and aiding recovery from the Thanksgiving Food Coma.

At Mendocino Farms, we get this tradition started a little early every year with our “November to Remember” sandwich. Those first chilly Southern California evenings herald the return of our Chef’s take on this classic comfort food, featuring our “RWA” (Raised Without Antibiotics) roasted turkey, cranberry chutney, herb aioli, and a savory stuffing made with mushrooms, kale, and pork sausage, all piled high between two slices of our fresh rustic white bread.
