Our culinary team has a two-pronged approach to creating new menu items. One is to reconceive fine dining entrees at the sandwich level, and the other is to offer a modern interpretation of the standard sandwich “greats” using elevated ingredients and chef-driven techniques.
Every sandwich shop worth its buns has a BLT on the menu, but we’ve taken this classic favorite to a whole new level with the Billionaire’s Heirloom BLT on our Summer Menu this year. It boasts spicy, sticky, “money”-glazed bacon, bright and juicy heirloom tomatoes from Valdivia Farms, and rich, creamy avocado.
Vegetarian and vegan friends, don’t fret! We’ve got your back with an outrageously flavorful “TLT” version. It has all the same goodness, but with our chef’s own tempeh bacon instead (made with organic tempeh)! Even omnivores love it, and it’s perfect for Meatless Mondays.
